All Project purchases must return the collectors case and certificate of authenticity for a full refund. Projects returned without the collector's case and/or certificate of authenticity will only be partially refunded.
LABS Project Paddles - 2-Year Warranty Against Manufacturer Defects (Original Purchaser Only):Continuing Selkirk’s promise of uncompromising quality, even Selkirk LABS Project concept paddles, which are designed for research & development purposes, come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects.
What is covered with our warranty: anything visible from a picture or video that is a manufacturer defect.
- Handle breaks
- Loose edgeguard and cracking
- Face cracks
- End cap damage/loose
What is not covered
- Normal wear & tear, graphic wear/fade
- Rattling (doesn't affect performance)
- Abuse/neglect
- Damage caused by hits to the ground
Miscellaneous
This warranty is available for Selkirk LABS pickleball paddles in the United States. Selkirk LABS holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our 2-year warranty. Selkirk LABS has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our 2-year warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our 2-year warranty.
To process a warranty claim
- You must UPLOAD AN IMAGE that clearly shows the warranty issue.
- Non-warranty issues or images that are unclear will not be approved for warranty return and/or request the warranty claim be resubmitted.
- For approved warranty claims. we will either EXCHANGE your paddle for the same project or provide a GIFT CARD if your project paddle is no longer available (vaulted project.)
