The Future of Raw Carbon Technology
Selkirk LABS Project 006 is paving the way for the next generation of raw carbon pickleball paddles.
With patent-pending MicroSpin Raw 12k Carbon Fiber, unique layering, and our new Tour shape, the Project 006 delivers quality and performance.
We’ve been meticulously refining and perfecting the fusion of Selkirk LABS patent pending MicroSpin Raw 12k Carbon Fiber Texture and Omni-Tech Multi-Layer Carbon Fiber Face technologies. This determined focus has paved the way for the next generation of raw carbon Pickleball paddles
LABS 006 also introduces Selkirk’s future Tour Line. The Tour Line will feature paddles and technology geared for tennis players and pickleball tour professionals. The Tour shape is more aerodynamic and optimized with a longer handle for two-handed backhands. The Tour Line will feature heavier paddles with unique technology geared for advanced players.

The Goal
- Push the limits of raw carbon technology
- Create a new shape that would be ideal for professional players on tour or players with a tennis background
The Reaction
Players appreciated the 006 for its impressive spin, solid control, and well-balanced feel. It delivered more power than a Gen 1 raw carbon paddle. The sweet spot and pop were highlights for players, along with the comfortable long handle.
The Innovation
The main innovation of the LABS 006 was its introduction of Selkirk’s first fully thermoformed paddle with a raw carbon fiber face.
